We can cater for up to 120 people. The menus are examples and we may be able to accommodate requests with sufficient notice. The menus are examples and we may be able to accommodate requests with sufficient notice. All preparation and service equipment will be provided. Please note that where crockery, cutlery, glasses or tableware are required there will be a rental service charge for this.
This is our signature tasting menu. Some of the prep will be done at Charcôterie HQ but many elements will be cooked and finished at your place, so access to a fully functioning kitchen will be required which will be will be cleaned and tidied at the end of service. There may be small changes depending on availability of certain items (you will be notified in advance of any changes).

Compostable bagasse (cane sugar fibre) plates and sustainable wooden cutlery included, as is reasonable service time if required. Additional time will be charged hourly.
Delivery is free within the Newcastle, North Tyneside and South Tyneside area. We are happy to serve further away but please note that mileage and labour will be added on. Clean air levy is payable if event is within this boundary.
25% nr deposit required to secure booking - full payment required 3 weeks before event (a rough idea of numbers for each main required at this point).
