9-course tasting menu

This is an example tasting menu that can be cooked and served at your house / holiday home. Some of the prep will be done at Charcôterie HQ but many elements will be cooked and finished at your place, so access to a fully functioning kitchen will be required which will be will be cleaned and tidied at the end of service. There may be small changes depending on availability of certain items (you will be notified in advance of any changes).

£150 per head.

Menu to be taken by the whole table.

Yeasted and sourdough bread, and homemade butter selection £4.

Cheese board and accoutrements on request £12.

Wine pairing can be arranged on request.

Minimum 6 diners at weekend, midweek fewer but minimum charge £400.

25% nr deposit required to secure booking - full payment required 3 weeks before event

All cooking equipment will be provided as will crockery and cutlery. We cannot provide glasses at present.
