Starters

1. Murgh Tikka – Marinated chicken pieces cooked on a charcoal grill, served with mint chutney.

2. Lamb Seekh Kebab – Minced lamb skewers with garlic, ginger, and fresh coriander, cooked on an open flame.

3. Paneer Masala – Grilled cubes of paneer marinated in spiced tahini, served with fresh salad and chutney.

4. Tandoori Prawns – Juicy prawns coated in garlic, ginger, lime and spices, finished with coriander.

5. Aloo Chaat – Fried potatoes with onion, lemon, cumin and chaat masala, finished with coriander and pomegranate.

Main Course

1. Baingan Bharta – Chargrilled smoky aubergine roughly mashed with garlic, onions, tomatoes and lightly spiced with aromatics.

2. Station Curry - choice of marinated lamb or chicken slow cooked in rich velvety gravy, mildly spiced and finished with lemon and coriander.

3. Murgh Makhani – Creamy tomato-based curry with tender chicken, enriched with butter and spices (can be made with lamb instead).

4. Lamb Rogan Josh – Slow-cooked lamb in a rich and fragrant Kashmiri chili and yogurt gravy.

5. Paneer Butter Kasuri Methi – Curd cheese cooked in a creamy, spiced tomato gravy finished with fenugreek.

6. Chingri Malai Curry – Prawns simmered in a coconut milk and mustard-based lightly spiced, silky sauce.

7. Chana Masala – A hearty dish of chickpeas cooked in a spiced tomato and onion gravy.

8. Goan Fish Curry – Tangy and spicy coconut-based curry with marinated fish, flavoured with tamarind and curry leaves.

1. Rasmalai – Cottage cheese patties soaked in sweet, cardamom-flavoured milk.

3. Kulfi – Traditional Indian ice cream, flavoured with pistachios and cardamom.
